Websites and AI receptionists for Sydney trades

If customers can't find you or can't reach you, they call someone else.

We build websites that show off your work, and set up AI receptionists that answer when you can't. Tell me about your business, and you see it working before you decide.

  2. Caller: My hot water's stopped working. Can someone come out this week?

  3. AI receptionist: Sorry to hear that. What suburb are you in?

  • Nothing there when they look you up

Even when a mate passes on your number, customers search you first. If there's nothing there, plenty move on.

I build you a real website that shows your work, your services and the suburbs you cover.

  • A site that's a pain on a phone

Customers look you up on their phone, and a site that's hard to read sends them straight back to search.

Every site I build reads properly and works on a phone first.

  • No quick way to get in touch

If they can't find your number or send a quick message, they ring whoever comes up next.

Your number and an enquiry form sit on every page, so getting in touch takes seconds.

So customers can reach you when you're on the tools.

  • Calls you miss on the tools

You can't pick up with your hands full, and plenty of callers won't leave a voicemail. They just ring the next tradie.

Your AI receptionist answers every call you can't, in your business name.

  • Jobs that go cold by tonight

By the time you call back after work, the customer has already booked someone else.

It books the job straight into your calendar, in the times you say you're free.

  • Missed calls with no details

A missed call or a rushed voicemail leaves you guessing who rang and what they need.

When it can't book, it takes their name, number, suburb and the job, and sends it straight to you.

  • Sydney tradies who run their own show or a small crew. Plumbers, sparkies, builders, landscapers and the like.
  • You're good at the work and flat out doing it, so the phone and the online side keep slipping.
  • You've got no website, or one you'd rather nobody saw, and calls go to voicemail while you're on the tools.
  • You want the phone answered and jobs booked, not a lecture about tech.

Not for big companies with a full-time office team already answering the phones.

  1. 01

    Tell me about your business

Your services, your area, how you take jobs and what customers usually ask. Photos of your work if it's a website.

  2. 02

    See it working first

You get a first draft of your website, or ring a test version of your receptionist, before anything goes live.

  3. 03

    Go live

Once you're happy with it, your site goes up or your receptionist starts answering the calls you can't.

All my work comes from word of mouth. Do I really need a website?

Maybe not, if you're booked out. But people often look you up before they ring, so Google your business name and see what they'd find.

Last bloke charged me a fortune and it never got me a job. Why's this different?

A website on its own won't make the phone ring, and I won't promise you rankings. You see a first draft built for your business before you decide.

I've got a Facebook page and a Google listing. Isn't that enough?

Keep your Google listing up to date, it matters. A website doesn't replace it, it's where it sends people to see your work, services and suburbs properly.

Won't my customers just hang up on a robot?

Some might, the same way plenty of people hang up on voicemail. Ring the test version yourself and decide if your customers would talk to it.

What if it gets the address wrong or can't understand an Aussie accent?

It can mishear things, especially on a noisy line, so we test it with your kind of calls before it goes live. It sticks to simple bookings and sends you the details to check.

I don't miss many calls. Why would I need this?

You might not. Check the missed calls on your phone for one week, and if the number's small, I'll tell you to keep your money.

Tell me your trade, what you're after and how to reach you. I'll get back to you, then show you a first draft of your site or set up a test call you can ring yourself.
